In Arrears with HMRC and Struggling to Pay?
If you have arrears of VAT, PAYE & National Insurance and Corporation Tax with HMRC, it can be a daunting time. So that HMRC doesn’t take action, it is important to make contact as soon as possible and seek an arrangement to pay what you owe, ideally before you have reached the deadline for payment. This is called a Time To Pay (TTP) arrangement.
However, what is important is to arrange a payment plan that you can meet – this will keep HMRC happy that you are committed to your new plan and start to remove some of your stress too!
How do I resolve my arrears with HMRC?
You need specialist assistance when reaching these types of agreements. We can help through our Tax Dispute Resolution team which is headed up by an ex-Inspector of Taxes with a proven track record of understanding and resolving tax matters.
We need to understand your exact situation so that we can help. The quickest route to start solving your problems is to speak to us. Our initial conversation is free of charge and without obligation. Once we have an understanding of your situation, we will provide you with a cost sensitive plan.
